What i've been doing this week.

Monday
It was deepavali. So i decided to join wesley,victor,eugene and hilda for a run. Ran from school to sunset way and back. Gotta say it was a personal achievement for me. 2 things.
1. i didn't suffer any cramps. LOL
2. i never stopped running. other than the occassional stops due to the change in traffic lights.

though the distance was short. but hey, i have improved. its a small step. but as they say. a journey of a thousand miles begin with a single step. :) Let's hope i perform even better for Standard Chartered! AHAHA

Tuesday
Went to school. with the usual school work to be done in school. I'm beginning to love Accountancy. ZOMG. i never imagined i would say that. maybe its because its a refreshing change from all the IT-Heavy-loaded modules i have taken previously which was killing my interest in the course. Finally a module which i can say im good at. hahah.
Then had 2 back-to-back meetings in the night. GLC meeting, then OutReach Camp Meeting.
Tiring but its all worth it. :) Though there have been many changes to certain things regarding OutReach, im very sure we would be able to do a very good job! Let's keep it going people!


Wednesday
Meeting with miss june was cancelled. oh wells. gotta change to next monday then. and the PTC is changed to 7-9th november. Hopefully everyone can make it. This camp is really important for OutReach in december. And had a good talk with ai fang and eugene after dinner at al-ameen with min yi.

Thursday
Nothing much. but i really enjoyed myself in the later part of the day. Went to the briefing about IAP for those who are having their attachments in semester 5. mine is in semester 6. but i just went anyway. Lots of options i see. the only overseas ones are USA,China and India. hmm. maybe semester 6 has more choices. I'm definitely gonna choose Internship Project. No FYP for me.!!! Hell NO!!!

Friday
went for SAB early in the morning. it was just like the previous lessons. but surprisingly we didnt need to do presentation. Instead. REPORT!!! ahhh..but well it was quite okay. just had to rush through at the last part. and i decided not to go for training. Alot of school work.

3 modules but the work involved is certainly not involved.
Plus my body wasnt feeling in the best of conditions initially. So yeah. decided to forgo this week's training.
But rest assured. i will definitely attend next week's training.! :)


Too much stuff to worry about. But luckily im handling everything just fine. Hope things would be better. Seriously. I've been working my socks off ever since this sem began. well at least i think i am. This semester is really short so i wanna make it a very enjoyable one. but somehow i think i haven't been making enough time for myself. Just hope the situation doesn't get any worse.

The feeling just sucks when u wanna watch or do something for quite some time. Yet something is stopping you!
Ah.. FucK it! im trying to make the most of my free time now to do it. Yet i cant do it. Arghh!

Looking to change blog skin.

This is just a temporary skin. So its not the best of blog skins. Currently looking to change my blogskin. Is anyone willing to teach me? hmm... if not..i'll just go look for other alternatives. =)

i'm sure most of you have heard Leona Lewis's Bleeding Love. BUT What about Jesse McCartney? i think his version is so much more better. no offence to Leona Lewis fans. but really his version is more soothing to the ears. listen to it if you will. though i don't expect everyone to agree with me on that. HAHA

First Week of Semester 4. HoHoHo. LOL

Yes. My First Week of semester has been really stressful most of the times. With Academics & CCA dominating the Stress Factor. I would say its more of the Academics. CCA? hmm..not that much though. The CCA part is manageable. Nothing to worry.

But the academics. By the first hour of the first lesson. We were given an assignment and a checkpoint to complete. LOL. Talk about getting stuck in from the start. Started to feel the stress already. We had DWA practical on tuesday and wednesday. Struggled abit at times with the practical. Not to mention some dumbass moments while doing the practical. HAHA. Doubt my Intelligence sometimes? haha..yeah whatever. no one is born perfect so yeah. we make mistakes here and there occassionally.

And Accountancy. wooh..today's exercises were rather confusing and filled me with even more doubts about Accountancy. even though i have studied it in the past. But it was rather okay towards the end.

haha. hmm. guess i gotta buck up already. hahaha. No more fooling around. I think my semester 3 GPA was just a one-off result. It wont happen again. I assure you guys. (You know who you are. If you're reading this, that is.) :) hhahaha

Back to School!! Finally!

OH yes! Back to school life! Never been so glad to be back to school. :)

hmm..lets see. Started off the morning by boarding the bus at 8 am Sharp. Have never been boarded at 8 am sharp before. Maybe its just coincidence. Ah but thats not the point. The bus was very empty. The long one, Bus 61, which was very surprising. considering the time. But i could take my time to find the best seat. :)

Then i was waiting for some of my classmates at Cheers. Knew they would be late. So i decided on 8.30am. turns out 2 of them were late. But i'm fine with it. You could say i'm used to it already. hahaha. and so we had our usual banter with one another in class. Teasing one another about stuff. Hopefully this sem will turn out much better than the previous one. Sem 3 was fucked up seriously. The lecturers were Ridiculously screwed. Incompetent Teaching perhaps. Except for 1 or 2 of them.

And this sem seems rather stressful judging by our modules. First lesson was PM- Project Management. Its okay to me. but within the first hour. we had to do an assignment and hand in our first checkpoint. we have a total of 6 checkpoints if im not wrong. Heavy Weightage of module marks.

Looks like another semester of intensive project work. But im sure im better equipped to handle it this time! Im sure i can do it! and my groupmates as well!

Final event of the day. Meeting with Ms June together with my OutReach Subcomm. with new additions. Han Bin, Xavier, Jie Min and Vanessa. One word to describe the meeting. Enlightened

We finally knew what we had to do for the camp and our respective roles. This camp is seriously very important. Cant afford to make any major mistakes. NP's reputation is on the line. Hmm..

Well. I hope everything would go well without too much hiccups. Prioritising is ever more important than before. Im sure i can handle it :) HAVE FAITH! HAHAHA!
