My holidays So far

well well. looks like the 2 week term break is coming to an end with the blink of an eye huh. looking back on this break. its been rather OKAY so far. 1st week was dominated by OB activities which culminated in the Pre-Poly Forum and Eugene's I&E Pulau Ubin Cycling Trip. Very interesting experiences. the both of them. the former was short yet enriching. The latter was long yet exciting and interesting. reason? the date and the incidents during the cycling made it a very memorable one for me. shall i say.

switching from outdoors to the indoors. i have been spending my time playing FM 2008 and Euro 2008 everyday while im at home. kinda no life it might seem. but thats what happens when u have one packed week and the following week, a plain and lifeless one. Well. Im a football fan so its not so bad. i get my daily dose of Euro 2008. watching it from my lappy in the wee hours of the morning. Supporting the Netherlands.

To be honest. i was rather surprised by their enthralling and captivating performance so far. it started with a 3-0 win over Italy. The world champions were thrased. nice :) next up was France. I thought it might end up as a draw. In the end. it was anything but a draw. A 4-1 crushing of the World cup finalists of 2006. Very Nice :) Even their reserves were frighteningly good. 2-0 win over romania. I have got to say this. I have never felt more proud being a Netherlands(Holland) Fan. Let's see how they fare against the Russians in Basel at the St Jakob Park Stadium.

As for my FM 2008. those football fans out there. you should really check out my team. playing in my 5th season. these is what i have built so far. this is for the football fans

My Starting XI.
---------------Jose Manuel Reina-----------------

Sergio Ramos---Carragher---Mertesacker---Lahm

Samir Nasri-------Andrea Pirlo-------Lionel Messi

-------------------Steven Gerrard-----------------

--------Fernando Torres-------David Villa---------

Very Very Nice :) and i did not cheat to get any of them. i had to bargain with real madrid to get Sergio Ramos for 45 million pounds.
